Honduras Finca EL Jardin Natural

Finca EL Jardin is located in the La Paz region of Honduras within the community of Ojos de Agua and run by Marion Mejia, a fourth generation coffee farmer and agronomist.  He refers to this naturally processed lot as Pacas. 

Because they dried it under the sun, the coffee is far different and far more special than a typical Honduras coffee. What has happened here is the coffee has begun to pick up sweet fruity and savory tastes of pomegranate, white wine, melon and chocolate. The aftertaste is clean with no earthiness or defects.

This is a versatile coffee, enjoyable by any brew method including espresso, but as coffee it's approachable and sweet and easy to mindless sip on. As espresso it's full of crema and a bit tart, really waking you up.
