(we normally find our favorite Rwanda coffees closer to Lake Kivu but this one stood out for something a little different.)\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can roast this similarly to a natural Ethiopia. The mouthfeel is a little bit thin, but it makes up for it with sweetness and brightness. You get nice complexity of coffee fruit flavor, red wine, mild chocolate.
