Uteuzi Jimbo means \"County Select\" in Swahili -- essentially meaning this coffee was selected to represent typical coffee from this county.  These are large AA sized beans. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI'm roasting it maybe 20 seconds past 1st cracks on a drum roaster. 402 degrees bean temp. You get a lot of acidity and peach, some grapefruit, a little bit sour.
