They make really good espresso, or you can take it to a medium or dark roast, which you can't do with natural processed Ethiopia. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"tab-pane active\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"tab-pane active\"\u003eIt's a grade 2 which is pretty good, but not perfect. There's a little earthiness in light rosats which turns into cocoa in medium roasts. As espresso, there's mild fruit, no sourness, good chocolate.
