It was sorted out as a microlot and consists of only Red Bourbon varietal beans. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf we roast it just slightly shy of the 2nd cracks we get a most intriguing flavor profile of carrot cake and chocolate.  I've been brewing it for multiple people showing it off because its so interesting. Also I should note I really am only getting these flavors in a french press immersion brew. If you run the coffee through a paper filter it tastes relatively normal. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark roast: 40 seconds into rolling 2nd cracks, deep french roast: Carrot cake with burnt edges and chocolate.
