We've had washed Sumatra and washed Java coffees, but neither is common, and I'd never had a washed Bali.  It turns out that it's not all that different from its wet-hulled Blue Moon cousin. Roasts that are lighter than 2nd cracks have a strong tobacco flavor that I don't think most people would find appealing, and roasts into the 2nd cracks start tasting like a Bali Blue Moon that has thinner body just isn't too exciting. However, if you roast this 20-30 seconds into the rolling 2nd cracks as if it's a wet-hulled Bali it turns super chocolatey and the roastiness of it pairs well with the inherent flavors.
